Breakfast at the Deli & Bistro
Every day from 7.00 am to 12.00 pm, our team at Plavna Deli & Bistro prepares delicious breakfast dishes. To get your day off to a culinary start, you can choose from three breakfast packages. You can enjoy your chosen breakfast on the premises at the Deli & Bistro or take it back to your apartment to enjoy there (takeaway is only available for the Basic and Basic Plus breakfasts).

Breakfast Basic
Our Breakfast 'Basic' combines fine cold cuts such as cooked ham, raw ham, homemade salami and sliced meat with a selection of cheeses including Brie, Gruyère and Samnaun mountain cheese. It also includes homemade jam, nut nougat spread, fresh bread rolls, bread and croissants. A juice of your choice and coffee or tea round off the breakfast.

Breakfast Basic Plus
The Plus Breakfast adds to the selection with a range of jams, cakes, homemade Bircher muesli, plain and fruit yoghurts, fresh fruit salad, blue cheese and goat’s cheese, crisp vegetable sticks with dip, a smoothie from our deli, and marinated salmon. Ideal for anyone looking to add a little more variety and lightness to their morning.

Breakfast Luxury
In addition to the full Plus breakfast, there are freshly prepared egg dishes (scrambled eggs, omelettes or fried eggs), a hot chicken broth with delicate strips of vegetable, smoked salmon tartare on toast, and a homemade potato frittata. A breakfast that creates that pure holiday feeling — take your time and enjoy it.
