Culinarica alpina wins over the restaurant critics

Every year, Gault & Millau assesses restaurants and awards them points and toques. This year was no exception, and to our great delight, we were able to impress the inspector with our Alpine cuisine, earning 14 points and two toques.

The Gault & Millau report highlights the provenance of the ingredients used in our dishes, which we deliberately source from the local region. It also concludes by describing our service as friendly and professional. We would therefore like to extend our warmest thanks to Josef Holub and Dagmar Jandlova, who are responsible for the kitchen and service respectively at our restaurant, and to their teams for their dedication – even outside of restaurant inspections.
